Presenter Lenette Kosovich is the Director of miCare, a subsidiary of EBMS, Inc. Her career in
health care began as a Registered Nurse; always knowing she wanted to be a nurse, but not knowing at the time
that her true vocation would be in the health care management arena. The health care line of business provides
a plethora of opportunities and Lenette’s career path certainly demonstrates the variety of roads that may be
traveled. Her meanderings have included pediatric nursing, teaching as a certified diabetes educator, directing
a multi-city, multi-state medical call center, and operating a mobile medical/dental clinic for children.
Eventually, she migrated into personnel management as the Director of Human Resources at one of the largest
healthcare systems in Montana and most recently, Lenette was Director of Human Resources EBMS, Inc.
Lenette obtained her MHA from Montana State University-Billings. She’s been involved with ACHE, SHRM and ASHHRA.
She has been an active board member of the local and state Ronald McDonald House Charities. Her free time is spent
cooking (a long standing passion), raising heirloom tomatoes, traveling, and guiding historical Lewis and Clark
trips down the Missouri River in her beloved Montana.
