Presenter Leonard H. Sorrin
Sorrin is Assistant General Counsel of Public Policy and Director of Legislative Affairs for Premera.
In this capacity, he focuses on public policy and legislative affairs for all Premera markets.
Sorrin has also worked over the years on a wide range of regulatory and legislative matters in collaboration
with the regulatory and legislative affairs teams at Premera.
Sorrin is a member of the Premera PAC Board of Directors and the PremeraCares Executive Committee.
Sorrin will succeed Jack McRae as Premera’s head of Congressional and Legislative Affairs upon McRae’s retirement.
His transition to that position is underway and will be completed on July 1, 2012.

Presenter Ronald Inge, D.D.S.
Dr. Inge is the Vice President of Professional Services and Dental Director for Washington Dental Service.
He brings with him a broad base of knowledge and experience in the dental benefits industry.
Dr. Inge is also a nationally known and respected speaker on the topic of dental benefits.
As the Executive Director of the Institute for Oral Health, Dr. Inge has championed efforts to publicize
innovative solutions to many of the current challenges to improving oral health.
Dr. Inge has also served as an Associate Executive Director, Division of Dental Practice, at the
American Dental Association (ADA). His responsibilities at the ADA were to provide strategic leadership
in policy development and implementation for the division of dental practice.
