Wellness in the Workplace

The presentation will cover ‘New trends’ in Wellness, Benefit Plan Design, Incentives and Health Risk Assessments. We will talk about the Benchmarks of a successful Wellness Program and the process of building a successful wellness program. We will pull in a lot of WELCOA information and some case studies.

The presentation will also use some data from the workplace, showcasing the potential impact a wellness initiative can have in a workplace. (This is designed to get additional buy in to ‘doing’ wellness)…

Disease Management

Dr. Mathews will discuss national and local trends within Disease Management, focusing on key topics such as:

  • Benefits and drawbacks of Disease Management.
  • Will current Disease Management programs motivate employees and beneficiaries to take more responsibility for their health and preventive lifestyle concerns?
