      Andrew Schneider serves as a Medical Accounts Associate Director for Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare company with 95 years of innovation and leadership in diabetes and obesity care.

      Andrew is responsible for providing scientific support to large employer groups, coalitions, and benefits consultants to advance the medical management of obesity.

      Andrew earned a BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences as well as a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Toledo, and is currently based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

      David LaMarche, President

      Eastside Heath Network

      David LaMarche joined Eastside Health Network (EHN) in May 2017.  He has been in health care for over 25 years with experience in managed care contracting, business development, finance, and clinical operations.  EHN, a clinically integrated network located in Bellevue/Kirkland area is comprised of more than 1,700 network providers who provide care for more than 63,000 covered lives which are included in value-based contacts through Medicare Advantage and commercial payors, as well as through direct-to-employer contacts via an exclusive ACO with Microsoft. 
      David is responsible for the leadership facets of EHN including strategy, contacting, network development, and quality. He also provides oversight for the organization’s key operational functionalities.
      Prior to his time at EHN, David spent nearly 20 years at Virginia Mason where he developed and expanded at-risk and population-based payment models with performance measures linked to risk- adjusted total cost of care and quality metrics. He also led strategic planning related to health care reform, reimbursement trends and new business opportunities. David earned an MBA from Anaheim University’s Akio Morita School of Business and a B.A. in Business Administration from Washington State University.

      David joined First Choice Health in 2021, and leads the sales, marketing, and account management teams. He is an award-winning, and nationally-published business development executive offering significant career experience in healthcare marketing and sales management, non-profit and cause-related marketing, and community development. He taught MBA marketing strategy at two universities for ten years and is a regular conference/keynote speaker. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Physicians Insurance A Mutual Company and is a former Board Member of Alestri Insurance Company, and Physicians Care Alliance.

      Danielle is a People Solutions Advisor who believes in advising and leading with smarts and heart. She helps her clients with all things related to employee experience and engagement, total rewards and benefits and the measurement and management of people solutions. She has more than 20 years of experience and uses her technical knowledge to advise and fiercely advocate for employers and their employees. She hosts The Checkup, a podcast that blends her passion to help people with the expertise she has acquired. The Checkup is a resource of market trends, bold ideas, inspiring stories from Human Resource leaders and compliance updates. Danielle is also on the board of Washington State SHRM and the Legislative Chair for Washington Association of Health Underwriters.
