Sponsorship Prospectus

Each year, EBPA extends the opportunity for industry organizations to sponsor our educational meetings.

This program has been a great success and has allowed us to maintain a stable meeting location and keep our meeting costs low for members and guests.  Our goal is to continue to hold our members dues and meeting fees at the same affordable rates, while we continue to offer the quality programs of which you have become accustom.

In-person Events:  EBPA Educational Event + Breakfast at the Washington Athletic Club

Sponsor - $1,500 

• Opportunity to introduce presenters
• SWAG at event tables
• Optional promotional table at the event to display marketing information
• Website recognition as a sponsor on the registration tab- includes logo and link to your website
• Free event registration for two people
• Logos on all event promotional emails acknowledging event sponsorship
• Social media mention acknowledging event sponsorship
• List of attendees

Healthcare Executive Roundtable + Mariner's 

Silver Sponsor – $2,000 

All Sponsorships include: 

• Logo and link to your company’s website on the event web page
• Logo on posters throughout the event venue
• Logo displayed on screen before and during breaks of the Executive Roundtable
• Opportunity to place SWAG on check in table at Executive Roundtable
• One paid registration for the Executive Roundtable and Mariner Networking Event
• Sponsorship recognition on EBPA’s LinkedIn page

Gold Sponsor – $3,000 

• Recognition by EBPA from the podium during the Executive Roundtable Introductions
• Two paid registrations for the Executive Roundtable and Mariner Networking Event
• One paid annual membership to EBPA (18 months)
