UPDATE FROM EBPA Regarding COVID-19:
The Board of Trustees for the EBPA has decided to cancel any in-person events for the remainder of 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are working on strategies to bring our membership virtual programs for the remainder of the year. Please watch for communications from EBPA regarding these events. Additionally, the Board has passed a resolution to extend all 2020 EBPA paid memberships through December 31, 2021 at no cost. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

President’s Message
EBPA was founded over 40 years ago by agents in the Puget Sound region. The goal was to create a forum to advance knowledge and share best practices within the community. At its foundation EBPA is a collective. A place where people come together with a common goal to learn, innovate and proliferate knowledge into our community.
The organization is led by a volunteer Board of Trustees. Just like the membership of EBPA, these trustees are employed by carriers, third party administrators, local employers and broker/consulting firms, many of which compete against each other. They are giving back to the industry which has supported them, as well as building relationships with individuals they may never otherwise work with.
While much has changed in the last 40 years, the desire to learn is human nature. National attention, legislation and an enormous influx of investments in the industry over the last two decades creates a never ending supply of learning opportunities. Healthcare remains one of the few, or possibly the only, largely undisrupted industry. Our goal at the EBPA is to provide a collective space to share innovations, rethink the models of delivery and advance an industry which impacts so many personally.
