Join us as we dive into a subject ...

Dr. Arpan Waghray, CEO of Providence's Well Being Trust will address the behavioral health as the foundation to work performance, retention and quality outcomes.  The agent/broker community needs to address with their clients what challenges are met by their employer groups across aging population including caregivers and rural areas.  Expanding access through the involvement of tele-behavioral health highlighting how this infrastructure laid the foundation for "No One Cares Alone", with emphasis on accessibility, continuity and equity for all.

Dana Jackson, VP Enterprise Sales, Carrum Health looks at Substance Use at Work: Breaking the Silence, Fixing the System and Supporting Recovery. This is critical for our attendees from the agent/broker community to understand and in turn share with their clients knowledge they can use as their approach their employees to break the silence while fixing the system and supporting recovery. Why are we still not talking about this?  What is the cost of silence and when access is just not enough.  It is a system designed for relapse.

Ty Reed, Second Chance Consultant, Recovery Career Services  will take a deep look at recovery.  Return to work support for your client's workforce is critical I the recovery stage.  You can share with your employer groups ways to find the best care model and courses of treatment while assisting to find purpose and stability. Ty will review strategies and program employers can implement to support re-entry while coaching employees to rebuild trust and reputation.
