The Future of Child & Family Wellbeing:

Employers are facing growing pressure to better support working families—especially those navigating neurodiversity, adolescent mental health challenges, and increasingly complex care systems. For brokers, this presents both a challenge and an opportunity: how to guide clients toward benefits that truly meet the needs of today’s workforce.

This session brings together clinical experts to deliver a comprehensive, real-world view of today’s youth health landscape—from autism and ADHD to anxiety, high-risk behaviors, and the growing influence of social media and digital environments. The discussion will also explore broader issues such as health equity, access to care, and the increasing complexity of co-occurring conditions affecting children and adolescents.  Designed with a benefits lens, this session will translate these clinical realities into practical, actionable insights brokers can use to better advise clients—highlighting how these trends are shaping employee needs, driving healthcare utilization, and creating new opportunities for more effective, family-focused benefits strategies.
