Event Overview

Join the Employee Benefits Planning Association (EBPA) for our annual Healthcare Roundtable and Mariner’s Day, a dynamic gathering designed to spark meaningful dialogue and practical learning. The day begins with an education-focused program exploring social determinants of health, healthcare deserts, and the role of diversity, equity, and inclusion in employersponsored health plans. Attendees will gain actionable insights tailored for health insurance brokers and healthcare industry professionals who advise employer groups. The goal is to equip participants with the knowledge and perspective needed to help shape more equitable, inclusive, and effective health plan strategies for the communities they serve.

Following the education session, you are welcome to stay as we enjoy the afternoon in the Hit It Here Cafe at T-Mobile stadium. Enjoy the game!

Logistics  

Education Event -- held in the Ellis Pavilion -- enter just steps away from the Ken Griffey Jr. statue on the corner of Edgar Martinez Drive and Dave Niehaus Way (past the Homebase entrance down the 3rd baseline.)

Mariner's Game -- After the education session, we will head to the "Hit It Here Cafe" for food + spirits, baseball game and social!

Please Note  

-T-Mobile ticket requirement*

-Clear Bag Policy:  Not to exceed 12" x 6" x 12"**

-Dress Code:   Game Day Apparel

All who enter T-Mobile Park must have a Seattle Mariner's Game Day Ticket even if attending the morning only event.  This is a stadium rule.  Thank you for understanding.

## This program approved for TWO (2) hours of continuing education by the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner.  You must sign in at the start, initial out at the conclusion. 

For education credit YOU MUST be in attendance for the presentation within 5 minutes of the start. Short breaks are permitted. The Insurance Credit is for two hours.  NO PARTIAL CREDITS awarded.

You cannot sign in or sign out early.   

A certificate of attendance is available for others such as Actuaries, CPA's, Legal, and other professionals.
