Is Advanced Primary Care (APC) the Future of Healthcare?

Join us on December 12th for an insightful event hosted by the Employee Benefits Planning Association as we explore the potential of Advanced Primary Care (APC) as the future of healthcare. This in-depth session will unravel the concept of APC, highlighting its unique delivery methods, and contrasting it with traditional primary care. Discover how APC organizations are revolutionizing the healthcare experience and reducing costs by expanding service lines, integrating comprehensive in-person and digital/virtual experiences, and collaborating with broker partners to create a more cohesive healthcare entry point for their members. The APC model is designed to enhance patient health outcomes, improve chronic disease management, reduce unnecessary hospital visits, increase preventive care, and ultimately lower healthcare expenses. Don't miss this opportunity to learn about the transformative impact of APC on the healthcare landscape.
