Jeff Hermosillo is Aetna’s Western Region President. Jeff provides overall leadership and oversees the growth strategy for the West Region with full P&L accountability for Key and Select Accounts, Small Group, Public & Labor, and Specialty Products. His focus is to position the markets to compete successfully by driving competitive differentiation, ensuring high levels of member engagement, and improving overall health and well-being of members. In this role, he provides guidance for three distinct markets encompassing California, Northwest Mountain, and Arizona.
Hope Kragh

President and CEO, Vivacity Inc
Hope Kragh is Senior Vice President at Premera Blue Cross. In her role, she leads long-term market strategy and client success for multiple business segments, as well as for Vivacity, Inc., Premera’s wellness consulting and solutions company.
Prior to joining Premera, Kragh spent over 35 years at both large and start-up healthcare companies, building and scaling client-facing organizations and influencing efforts to drive change in healthcare. She held senior leadership roles in a number of regional and national health plans including Anthem Blue Cross, as well as in healthcare technology companies such as Collective Health and Amwell.
Angela Dowling

Kaiser Permanente of Washington
Angela Dowling joined Kaiser Permanente as Regional President in Washington in February 2023 after serving for over a decade as the President and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of a Blue Cross Blue Shield company.
An industry leader with more than 30 years of experience transforming the healthcare industry, Dowling previously managed commercial business lines in Washington, Oregon, and Utah and helped the company achieve 25 percent growth over four years. Her additional experience includes a 10-year run as CRO of Payne Financial Group and leadership and consultant roles with a variety of healthcare organizations, managing multiple accounts across 10 states.
As Regional President for Kaiser Permanente Washington, Dowling oversees all aspects of the care delivery and health plan operations for the Washington region, which operates 38 medical offices and provides care and coverage to more than 650,000 members.
Gary Daniels

As an Oregon native, Gary grew up in the small town of Lebanon. He attended the University of Oregon earning a Political Science Degree and continued his education at George Fox University earning his MBA.
Gary has been with UnitedHealthcare over 10 years serving in a variety of local and national roles. Gary is currently CEO of the Pacific NW region which covers 5 states including Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Montana and Hawaii. As CEO Gary has P&L accountability for all commercial products in his region and serves as the board chairman for UnitedHealthcare of Oregon. When not working, Gary enjoys coaching his daughters basketball teams.
Lindsay Harris

Lindsay leads the day-to-day performance and growth of Cambia's health plan business across the company's four-state footprint, as well as oversees network management, clinical services and marketing.
Harris has more than 20 years of experience in health care building and leading high-performing teams, most recently as president and chief executive officer of Healthcare Management Administrators (HMA), a Cambia Company.
Rajeev Singh

Rajeev Singh joined Accolade in November of 2015. Under his leadership, Accolade became a publicly traded company in 2020 and integrated four companies in over $1 billion in acquisitions. In 2022, Accolade launched Personalized Healthcare, a new category of healthcare.
Prior to Accolade, Singh co-founded Concur (Nasdaq: CNQR), the global leader in travel and expense management. Concur went public in 1998, growing to more than $800 million in revenue, over 4,000 employees, and more than 25,000 customers before being acquired by SAP AG for $8.3 billion in 2014. Singh was president, chief operating officer, and a member of the board of directors.
