2026 Schedule:
October 1st- Education Breakfast- Women's Midlife Health
December 3rd - Education Breakfast- Direct Contracting and ICHRA's
This program is designed to help insurance producers and benefits consultants better advise employer clients on the impact of perimenopause and menopause on healthcare utilization, employee experience, and employer-sponsored benefits strategy. Participants will gain an understanding of common symptoms, health risks, and care needs associated with hormonal changes in midlife, as well as common gaps in employer-sponsored benefits that may affect women during this stage of life.
We will also examine how evolving clinical guidance, workplace initiatives, and recent public policy developments are increasing employer focus on women's midlife health and what those changes mean for the consultants who advise them. Participants will explore practical considerations for evaluating menopause support, cardiovascular health, preventive care, cancer screening, and diagnostic imaging access, and leave with a framework for identifying client needs, assessing benefits gaps, and making informed recommendations.
Approved for two (2) hours CE from the WA OIC*
